Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Against Reality services, you agree to these Terms and any order, proposal, or statement of work that expressly incorporates them. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Services
Against Reality provides hosted Product Reality systems and related review, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support services. Exact deliverables, deployment environments, service levels, and exclusions are defined in the applicable commercial agreement or project scope.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify Against Reality of suspected unauthorized access. Access may be limited to approved users and assigned product systems.
Customer materials
You retain ownership of product assets, specifications, media, marks, instructions, and other materials you provide. You grant Against Reality a limited right to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display those materials only as needed to provide the agreed services.
Customer representations
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted materials and requested uses, and that instructions you provide do not violate law, third-party rights, confidentiality duties, or export and sanctions restrictions.
Against platform and intellectual property
Against Reality and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, viewer technology, templates, interfaces, workflows, code, documentation, know-how, and improvements, excluding Customer materials and any rights expressly transferred in a signed agreement.
Hosted product experiences
Hosted viewers and product experiences are provided for approved products, audiences, and destinations. Customers are responsible for approving product claims, specifications, safety information, regulatory statements, and final published content.
Subscriptions and fees
Setup fees, subscription charges, usage allowances, renewal terms, taxes, and payment timing are set out in the applicable order or proposal. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees are not refundable once the related work or service period begins.
Updates and project scope
Updates, new variants, assets, integrations, destinations, or material scope changes may require additional review, fees, or a revised schedule. Against Reality may pause work that depends on missing approvals, access, or Customer materials.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited, distribute malicious code, violate third-party rights, or use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Third-party services
The services may interoperate with hosting, authentication, commerce, content, analytics, or infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and their availability or changes may affect integrations.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public business, product, technical, and commercial information received from the other and use it only for the agreed purpose. Specific confidentiality obligations, exclusions, and duration should be confirmed in a signed agreement or NDA.
Availability and modifications
Against Reality may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue service features. Planned availability, maintenance notice, support windows, data export, and material-change commitments require confirmation in the applicable commercial agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate as permitted by the applicable commercial agreement. On termination, access may end and hosted experiences may be removed after any agreed transition period. Outstanding payment and provisions intended to survive remain in effect.
Disclaimers
Except for express commitments in a signed agreement, services and drafts are provided on an “as available” basis. Product decisions, safety assessments, legal compliance, product claims, and suitability remain the Customer’s responsibility.
