Account information
When you create or use Client Access, Against Reality may process information such as your name, email address, organization, authentication identifiers, account status, and approved project memberships.
Customer and project information
We may process product names, project status, requests, approvals, support communications, delivery details, billing-status labels, and other information needed to operate an approved customer project.
Product assets and files
We may process product assets, specifications, imagery, models, links, and related materials that a customer chooses to provide through an approved project workflow. Collection method, sensitivity, access, and retention should be documented for each commercial engagement.
Usage and log information
Hosting, authentication, and application infrastructure may produce technical records needed for security, diagnostics, delivery, and service reliability. The precise production log fields and retention periods require operational and legal review.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential browser technologies support authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, and core Client Access behavior. Optional analytics are disabled by default in the current public interface, and no optional analytics scripts are loaded by this preference control.
Authentication providers
Client Access uses Supabase authentication and may offer an external identity provider such as Google. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms as well as the configuration used by Against Reality.
Service providers and infrastructure
Against Reality may use hosting, storage, authentication, delivery, and operational service providers to run the service. A final public subprocessor list and provider-specific disclosures require legal and operational confirmation.
Data retention
Information is retained only as needed for active services, legitimate operational needs, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Specific retention schedules and deletion exceptions are to be confirmed before commercial reliance.
Security
Against Reality uses access controls and service-provider security features appropriate to the current product architecture. No statement in this draft is a certification, guarantee, or claim of a particular encryption or compliance standard.
Your choices and requests
You can manage optional browser preferences below. Client Account also provides account-security and deletion controls. Additional access, correction, export, objection, or deletion rights depend on applicable law and the final reviewed policy.
International processing
[INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING LOCATIONS, TRANSFER MECHANISMS, AND REQUIRED REGIONAL DISCLOSURES — TO BE CONFIRMED WITH COUNSEL]
Children
Against Reality services are designed for business and professional use and are not directed to children. The final age threshold and jurisdiction-specific wording require legal review.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the services and legal requirements evolve. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate public or account notice after the notice process is confirmed.
Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be initiated through the Against Reality Request Review contact path. A dedicated privacy mailbox, legal entity identity, and formal notice address require confirmation before commercial reliance.
